New Fitbit light I purchased yesterday will not show messages what app or anything ?

I phone 7 it just packaged it back up and taking it back very disappointed in it

The problem is with settings on the phone.

Most people seem to miss the setting in the iPhone's notification center. Your tracker will only display what the app sends to it.
