Is anyone else having issues with the fitbit live chat. I was chatting with a agent and it dropped the connection and now i can not get back onto the chat.

My experience with chat is that access tends to go away when they are overloaded. If your connection dropped and you tried to get back in when it was full you might not find the link. The link should show up when the traffic dies down.
