I’m Fitbit has a complete black screen, and vibrate every now and then when I press the bottoms. Sometimes showing a grey screen. I’ve charged it for the passed few days thinking that was the problem, but nothing has changed. What can I do or show I contact Fitbit for a renewal because of the malfunction of their product.

Call customer support. They will be able to tell how long you’ve had it. I have had one replaced, and it was quick and easy. Unfortunately, tonight it looks like I may be looking at yet another replacement as mine is completely dark with no response to reset attempt.
