Fitbit not syncing

Continue to have problems with Fitbit Versa not syncing. I get it to work then it just stops and I  get the message to restart my  bluetooth . I don't have any problems with other devices working with bluetooth.  I just want a fix because this is very stressful. As much as these devices cost we should not have these issues long term like this.

Hi,

Looks like firmware/mobile app software developers are not the best, as we see lot of complains and no changes/updates.

 

But as solution try to shutdown Versa (settings->about->shutdown) and then boot it again.

It helps me to restart sync.
