Fitbit ocassionally buzzes

My Fitbit occasionally buzzes (not vibrates). It sounds like a timer going off. I do not know how to shut it off or why it happens. I thought maybe I had accidentally set the alarm or the timer, but after checking, I found that not to be the case. What is it? How can I shut it off when it happens? Thanks.

I regret to hear that your Fitbit Versa buzzes. Thank you for checking your alarms and the timer. This is definitely not an expected behavior. If it happens again, you can try to shut it off by performing a restart.

If this doesn't work, you can do a factory reset, but keep in mind that your apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards and saved settings will be deleted from the device:

On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
