Ever since I updated my tracker two weeks ago, it’s been giving me hard time!
Whenever I charge my Fitbit Versa, it stops working and freezes on the Fitbit logo.
I tried resetting/rebooting but it’s still not working.
I tried factory reset but it’s also not solving my problem.
any help???

Mine is also doing the same thing. I’ve tried turning it off and on many times then the factory reset... still nothing

So after contacting the Fitbit team, they told me they have "exhausted the system" trying to get a solution and troubleshooting the complaint.
Eventually they told me I can get another one (I'm still under warranty). Only thing is, they don't ship to my country (I bought my Versa through Amazon!), and now I'm going to contact the seller and see what I can do.
But still... it's really frustracting how the only solution Fitbit has is exchanging the watch with another one! This isn't a practical solution! If factory reset cannot fix what's wrong with the watch, then what is it that can!
