@GDRothell It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa stopped tracking floors. I want to follow up on this issue and would like to know if you have tried the great troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @Marrrmaduke since rebooting your Versa will refresh it internally.
