Hi all

How do I keep my Versa connected to WiFi?

I know how to connect it, but does it stay connected once you leave the menu where you connect it?

Hi, in priciple it does. To check that, got to the Fitbit app of your device, go to WiFi settings press it and see if your network is there and connected. When it's there but not connected, press the name of your network and enter manually the password, mind you that this is Capital sensitive. Good luck.

The only way to keep your versa connected to WiFi is to have it plugged into it's charger and charging. It is only when being charged that the wifi is turned on.
