I have a Versa 2 and having big problems with the app at the moment.
I have set myself a walking challenge this year to average over 10,000 steps per month. It is all going swimmingly, and then I checked my stats today... April and May are now showing ~9,000 steps average when they were definitely over the 10k mark!
I've had this issue with exercise minutes previously, so I tried manually scrolling back through the weeks so it could load the steps. Unfortunately no joy and it seems the app once again has removed a significant amount of steps.
Any help, support or tips to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!!
