Hey @MmAnne, it is great to see new faces around! So you are saying that on the clock face of your Versa, it doesn't show your today's stats and it only shows the word "Undefined"? However it syncs the correct data on your iPhone. right? Could you please tell me if you have already tried to restart your Versa? If you haven't, please follow these instructions to do so. Additionally, I'd like you to post a picture where I can see that message on your watch.

Best AnswerMy started doing it to. I have restarted the watch (Versa) but it still says undefined beside the foot prints and -- beside the heart rate. Everything is still syncing to my app tho. I don't know how to send a picture.
