Fitbit screen has orange marks on edges

The top left edges of my screen have this orange reddish discoloration to them. It is visible when the screen is off. I'm not sure it is related to the battery issue I'm having as it bearly lasts 12 hours of just normal watch use (almost no notifications)

My concern would be if this is a sign of the battery expanding and possibly making the watch unsafe to wear
