I've been wearing my Versa 2 watch for the past months without problems. A few days ago it stopped syncing and froze after I went inside a pool with it. The logo is on the screen but it won't swipe it tries to reboot itself, but never comes all the way back up. It just freezes on the Fitbit logo screen. I've tried holding in the button for 20+ seconds and this just causes the logo to disappear and reappear and it won't turn on. It doesn't buzz/vibrate when I plug it in to the charger.
What should I do ?
