Fitbit stuck updating

App is updating fitbit, has been updating for 2 hours now. It keeps going all the way through the bar at the bottom slowly and then starts over once it reaches the end. It has been doing this for 2 hours now.

thanks for trying to help, I don't see anywhere how that has anything to do with my issue. My issue is it is constantly updating. It has been for 2 hours now.
