Hi, your phone is supported by Fitbit, so messages should work. Maybe a stupid question, but did you enable notifications on your Versa? Press and hold the left button for two secs and the activity screen will pop up. Are notifications enabled, if not press on it an they will be enabled. Next go to the settings on your Versa and press it and scroll down to notifications and make sure they are enabled. You can choose there to enable them during daytime and not nighttime or enable them both.

Best AnswerGo to your Fitbitapp on your phone, press the watch icon on top of the screen on the right side and you will see the page with the tiles of Clock Faces, etc. Scroll down to Notifications and press it. For SMS messages, choose the standard program for that, e.g. Messages. For Whatsapp, press the go back arrow and scroll down to App notifications and scoll down untill you find Whatsapp and click it to enable it. Both should work now, but one wor of advice: What is more important for you, SMS messages or Whatsapp. If the latter, I would suggest that you, still enabling Whatsapp in the App notifications, choose Whatsapp as your text message notification, it will be in the message list once you have choosen it.
