Why is the Fitbit app not as.accurate as other apps. I have used my Fitbit versa and Fitbit app recently and it seems to be either loosing connection and guessing the route. I've had my watch on and phone in my chest pocket.
I did 5 laps of the park and as you can see it has assumed I have cut. Across more than once, which makes me question the distance.
Fitbit sent this as a refurbished Versa as my last was faulty.
Is this a common problem? My phone a Google pixel has good signal when I use it so I'm assuming it is the blue tooth connection at fault?
Can anyone help?

Hello @Readdiefit I've moved your Versa question out of the Charge 2 board.
My first thought is the gps connection is being lost and Fitbit then draws a straight line between the recorded points.
Your asking us to look at a screenshot that was not included. Sorry.

Yes it sounds like a GPS or more likely.bluetooth issue.
My phones gps and Bluetooth appears fine with Strava off my phone but it renders a Fitbit watch worthless if I'm looking at my phone instead and it's in a different app. I'm going to trial a few more routes but it looks like it keeps loosing it's connection.
Has anyone else had this issue?
