Why is Alexa missing on my Versa 2?

Can I download it somewhere to my Versa 2?

Alexa wass the only feature I choosed Versa 2 for!

Without Alexa, I will return it 😞

Hello @Grenaa66 have you looked at the FAQ Alexa is not supported in all countries yet. 

Their are a few posts on how users have been able to work around this.

@Grenaa66   Users say they are putting in a location that supports Alexa.  I'm not sure how they are doing it or where they are entering it,  because I am in the US and don't have to work around.

I’m also messing alexa in my app. I’m also from Denmark. I have posted on the Danish fitbit facebook page about this issue. I have not yet gotten a respons.

I skal ændre Fitbit location til United Kingdom.

Today > Prifil billede. (Øverst til venstre) > View Your Profile > Personale > Location

I Alexa kan I sætte den rigtige lokation så den kan finde de rigtige vejrudsigter mv.
