Fitbit versa 2 screen goes blank

Hi, My fitbit versa 2 which is about a month old vibrate suddenly, and the screen is blank. And sometimes it shows the fitbit logo. Please anyone that can assist me with this? I really paid a lot for this watch.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
