Fitbit versa 2 screen working now and then

Hi guys. I bought my Fitbit Versa 2 about a month ago and sometimes the screen comes on but then if I touch the screen it won’t work. I have restarted it a few times already. 
Should i take it back? What do you guys suggest it is?

 

Please help.

Hi @CearaN , restart your Versa 2 three times in a row (internal reset). If that does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support. This should not happen, regards kuzibri
