Fitbit versa does not keep charge

My versa has always kept it's charge for up to 5 days, but lately I have had to charge it every day.  The problem began when it stopped tracking my heart rate, so I turned it off and it was very difficult for me to turn it back on.  After that it is tracking my heart rate, but it doesn't keep the charge, and I noticed that the charge only reaches 99% never 100%. Please help. I have the first generation Versa.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. I am glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue with the heart rate monitor. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
