My Fitbit doesn’t have a notifications option in settings (to turn them on or off). When I swipe up it says ‘all caught up’ But texts and WhatsApps don’t show in the Fitbit. I have a Motorola smart phone.
When choosing what the side button does it has the option for it to be notifications, but nothing in settings.

Hello there @Lilipolpo, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for taking to follow @Rich_Laue's recommendations. I'll be glad to help you to set up WhatsApp notifications on your Versa.
Since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.
Please make sure to follow the steps provided in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
Also, verify if your Motorola is included in our list of supported devices. You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher.
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

Hi @Lilipolpo notifications get setup through the firbit app on the phone.
If what's app doesnt show under messaging then enable it under app notifications.
On the watch make sure that DND is not enabled, but this simply turns off the vibrations.
