Hi, I've had my versa for a bit over a month. At first it was great. I recieved text messages, it synced often without me doing anything. Now over the last week or so its stopped.
It syncs sometines when I force it from the app but only sometimes about once every two days.
I have restarted the Fitbit. I have reinstalled the fitbit app ( that worked but only for a few hours). I have all day sync turned on. I have bluetooth turned on.
I can't think of anything else to do. Any helpful ideas? Or is it faulty?

You could try setting it up as a new device. Just follow the instructions you used when setting up your device originally, but when it asks if you want to replace your current Versa, say yes. This will cause the Versa to connect as if it were a new device. All of your current data will stay the same, both on your app and on your watch.

That works, but only until the next time want your Versa to sync. I have tried multiple things and after the update that I finally got installed, the Versa does not work well at all. I am thinking it is a waste of money.
