Versa sleep tracking inaccurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Have had my Versa about a month now. Really like it. However, for about the past week it is either under recording my sleep or missing a few hours of sleep in the middle of the night. Was doing well before that, I have restarted my Versa!

Any suggestions?

Hey @cwagner58, it's great to see you around.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues with your sleep information, I recommend taking a look at the help article What should I know about sleep stages?, where you will be able to see some instructions to follow.

If after trying that troubleshoot, you keep seeing inaccuracies, feel free to provide me with some screenshots by following the instructions in this post.

Let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

Come to find out it isnt just the versa.   A friend of mine has the charge 2 and she is having the ecact same issues as well.   Started about the same time.  That suggests a problem somewhere else other than our trackers.

Turns out that  friend of mine is experiencing the exact same issue with her charge 2 and it started at about the same time.  That would suggest to me that it isnt a tracker issue.

We are both suddenly missing big chunks of time at random times in the night.  I would know if i were up at night for an hour or more at a time.
