Fitbit versa frozen screen

I am having a constant issue with my fitbit Vera freezing on the Fitbit logo screen . It is a real nuisance and using it less and less as it’s becoming annoying to use .

i have tried resets when it is frozen and working . Randomly decides to work every so often. 
Anyone able to help or advise please ??

I would try a Factory Reset since you say you have tried Restart with no results. Swipe left to Settings, then About, then Factory Reset.

@HondaAndi welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it gets frozen on the Fitbit logo. By the way, I appreciate the time spent trying the restart process before contacting our forums.

 

In addition to the factory reset process that @SunsetRunner advised, I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

How can I try a factory reset when I can't swipe?

Regarding the swiping issue that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
