Versa is not receiving text notifications

I juts got my Fitbit Versa 2 for Christmas last month, and I woke up this morning and I haven't received text notifications for the first time. I have an iPhone 6s and I've checked and made sure everything is turned on to receive notifications but I'm still not getting notified. What should I do?

I am also having this issue. I've done all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. I called to . Apparently,  it's going to take a COUPLE OF WEEKS to fix this issue.  Terribly inconvenient.

Hey, I tried all the troubleshooting too and none of it worked, I ended up just shutting down my phone for like five minutes and when I turned it back on, my watch started
receiving messages/notifications again. Maybe try that and see if it works.
