Had my fitbit 2 years now stopped using it about a year ago, decided to use it again today and factory reset and start fresh, new phone since so forgot how to use it really
After factory reset says 'data not cleared sync and try again
Tried force reset on fitbit, unconnected the Bluetooth.. which I wasn't really connected to anyways new phone,
Nothing is working! I can't go onto the app and do anything as I was never connected on this phone??
Doesn't let me go of the screen with the x and the message literally nothing I can do other then turn my fitbit off and on.
Please help seems alot of people are having this issue back in 2018 how isn't it fixed yet?!
