Fitbit versa no longer counting steps or getting notifications

So I noticed about a week ago that my Fitbit stopped getting my notifications and I tried all the troubleshooting ideas (restarting it, reconnecting Bluetooth etc) now all of a sudden it stopped counting my steps and reset to 0 and won’t count them anymore. I don’t know what else to do does anyone has any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Have you tried restarting your Versa several times? Give it a go if you havent. If that doesnt getit counting again try a factory reset (settings app in the watch and scroll down to About)
