Can't change time format on Versa

I am trying to change my time to 12 hour and it lets me do that but it is not letting me submit it not sure what is going on with that.

@kern1979 You mean in your Fitbit mobile app? Try logging out and back in as well as rebooting your phone. If this doesn't help, assuming you're on Android, go to the Fitbit app settings in the phone settings and clear the cache.

If you want to change your time format, make sure you are doing the following from a computer:

  1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon.
  2. Choose Settings > Personal Info.
  3. Under Advanced Settings, find Clock Display Time and select whether you want the time shown in 12-hour or 24-hour clock units. 
  4. Click Submit and sync your device.

Thank you I have done all of that numerous times but it is not saving it

@kern1979 Are you changing it on the Fitbit website? Is it saved there and simply doesn't get synced back? What error message are you getting?

If you are having syncing issues, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there. Once you sync your watch, it should show the correct time.
