Does anyone else have problems with their Fitbit not charging? This is my second one in less than 2 years and they both have done this. Support didn’t do anything other than give me a cheap discount to buy another (which if they die every year, why would I get another?!). Any suggestions on what to do would be great!

@dottydotsons Have you tried the usual tricks:

 

  • wiping the contacts with alcohol and charging for several hours
  • trying to charge from the USB port on your computer
  • factory resetting Versa?
