My versa stopped notifying me when I get a text message. I see my iPhone 6s light up from the text message but I don’t get anything on my versa. My notifications are turned on for messages so I’m not sure why this feature is not working. Any ideas to solve this issue? Thanks in advance!

I'm not getting notifications on my versa either! All notifications are on, but calls or texts not showing on  my versa. I know there is a setting to turn notifications on directly from the watch, but I can't find it!!

To find notifications on versa swipe to the left from clock to settings then scroll down. There are only two notification options though and those are when exercising and sleeping. 

Have you checked the app permissions in phone settings?

I’m having the same issue.  I hadn’t worn my Fitbit for a while until about a month ago.  Shortly after I started wearing it again I realized it’s not notifying me when I get a call or a text.  I’ve checked ALL the settings.  Fitbit online...Fitbit Versa device....IPhone X settings (permissions, notifications, bluetooth) everything.  I think it’s an internal issue with Fitbit.  They need to fix this fast.
