I've tried this, too, and it doesn't work.  I even tried setting up the Versa again.  Goes right back to the same issue. Clock losing time and not syncing properly.

I am having the exact same issue... been about 2 weeks now.

i have tried rebooting it and also removing it from the app and Bluetooth and my WiFi and then re connecting it all

then had problems with it saying it couldn’t find the device

when it finally found it I left it to fully charge over night and in the morning it was fine but by 3pm it had lost an hour of time again..: so frustrating

I changed the clock face and the time corrected itself.  I tried everything else but this worked.  I'll see for how long

My Versa will not keep time either. I have rebooted and done everything in the previous comments. Very disappointed. This started happening when my IPhone X updated last. Hmmm🤔

Try changing the clock screen to a different one. That worked for me.

I’m on my second FitBit Versa within a year with the same issues. I have tried all of the steps mentioned multiple times. I finally got it to sync on the charger, but then it immediately started losing time again. It won’t sync off of the charger now either. I don’t think I want a third one. I consistently have issues with Fitbit products, sadly.
