I currently own a fitbit versa and it is connected to a oneplus 6. The notifications are not appearing on the versa as on the mobile app it is requesting a phone restart. I already performed a phone restart and afterwards I also tried deleting the app and factory reseting the versa but the problem is still present. Anyone with the same issue please?
