Hello, for the past few days my fitbit versa is no longer being detected by my iphone. I have tried resetting my fitbit, disconnected the bluetooth and iphone but nothing is working 😞 can you help? Thank you

Same here, but I have a Huawei P20 pro. It's been losing time for about the past week and stopped letting me sync at about 3am this morning. It's 20 minutes slow now. I've tried all the troubleshooting tips too and have had this Versa for about 9 months. It was about the fourth or fifth consecutive replacement for my original Blaze and is now out of the guarantee period. 😕

I am having the same issue, this has been for over a week now. I actually switched back to my blaze to be able to keep tracking for challenges I’m in. I waited a few days and it appeared ok but now it’s back to not working again. Very frustrating!

Even I am facing the same issue. Fitbit has to take some action to resolve this issue.
