Fitbit versa not syncing to strava

Hey!

 

I recently got a Fitbit versa special edition and have linked my Fitbit and strava accounts together.

 

after a number of runs the data from Fitbit isn’t syncing to strava and having disconnected and reconnected I can’t work out why!

 

any ideas?
