Fitbit versa: notification issue

It show Restart your phone to restore tracker notification everytime - restarted my phone many times, in fact tried to reconnect the tracker once.

Hello @Maitrik. Which phone do you have? Here are a couple general things to check:

  1. Make sure your phone’s bluetooth is on and that your Versa is listed as one of the devices. 
  2. In the phone’s Fitbit app, make sure that notifications are turned on.
  3. Power your phone off completely.
  4. Restart your Versa. Tap here for instructions.
  5. Then turn your phone back on, open the Fitbit app, and sync your Versa.

In cases like this, it is important to go thru the steps in the order given. Good luck! Please let me know if this gets your notifications working again. Personally, I really like the notification feature!

Hi @Maitrik. Thanks for responding. Have you tried the steps I offered? If that does not work, then I’m afraid I can’t help. Not at all familiar with the OnePlus5t. It does not show up on the list of Supported Devices. You can try contacting Fitbit Support.
