Fitbit versa quick reply

Hi, I just bought a versa that says my firmware is version 32.32.10.20

Is this an updated version? I can modify and customise my quick replies but when I received msgs on my versa, it only shows “clear”

Can someone advise me on this?

My problem is the "Reply" option shows but when to click it, it just closes the message. It is really annoying. Smiley Mad

Also mine used to just show "Clear", After the update, it turns it off. I think you have to set it up again by enabling the notifications on the fitbit app.
