This is yet another problem I'm having with another fitbit product that I only got less than a month ago for my birthday. After waking up the other day my fitbit said 0% suddenly from being at 50ish% the night before. It produced a static fading screen and now after trying to charge it over night, just glows ever so slightly then goes off every time I press a button. I've tried the factory reset but still nothing
