My new Fitbit versa is snowing vertical lines immediately after installation. Not able to access anything post it has been installed. Need suggestions and help!

When mine did that, it died and I exchanged it back to Best Buy. I did go through Fitbit first since I was still under their warranty ( less than a month) but they we’re gonna take forever to get me a replacement etc. So I went to Best Buy and they helped me. My replacement so far has been great except for the connected gps.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
