Fitbit versa stuck on logo screen

About a year ago i bought a Fitbit versa, and after 5 months  or so i stopped using it. Only 4 months ago i wanted to use it on a new phone, so i forgot the device on the old phone n logged it. But when i turned  the versa on, the fitbit just turnned black, black screened. So that noght i let it charge up n when i woke up the logo appeared.  So i tried to set it up n it wouldn't  wouldnt work, i tried to software reset n it didnt work, restart thr devise, that didnt work either. So can someone please help me out where, that would be appreciating, thanks.

You need to remove the watch from all devices where it was registered to and turn off bluetooth on all watches and phone except the 2 you are using.

On the phone you have tried with, remove the Bluetooth entry for the watch, if any, and in the Fitbit App remove it from the account, if present, logout of the App and restart the phone.

Put the watch on charge and restart the phone, login to the Fitbit App, click on the profile photo [top left] and click on the "+ Set up a Device" and install it as a new watch.
