Fitbit versa touchscreen does not respond

Hello,

I have my new fitbit versa for 2 months now, but my touchscreen is no longer working.

Tried to restart it with holding the 3 buttons and releasing one to restart to factory settings, however this did not bring back the touchscreen functionality.

Can you please advice?

Hi, the best you can do now is to contact Customer Support with this screen issue.

Iv had my versa dor 3 months now it’s never been dropped or used for swimming or in water even though it’s supposed to track swim routines. Regardless, 2/3rd of my screen has stopped working I can’t unlock the screen either it’s locks the watch so now I have removed the passcode because strange buttons were being pressed on their own and constantly locking my versa. I can’t swipe left to open anything, I can’t swipe down or up. It’s more expensive then 200$ in my country Pakistan so it’s alotta money to spend on a watch that will die in 3 months
