Fitbit versa won't sync or recieve notifications

I cannot receive notification, it worked once when I restarted my device and then stopped working.

The sync also worked once then stopped working - I restarted my device then it worked again.

One day I see my workout on the app and the next its not there.

Very frustrating.

Is there any solution?

Hi jogger my versa is exactly the same no notifications and no GPS for my golf, very frustrating .
