Been trying to sync a versa to my android phone for 4 days. After doing all the troubleshooting and taking it to a 02 guru , still no luck. So frustrating!
Now packing it up to return it.

Was informed it was compatible, one plus 5t
But unsure now that I've been trying for days to sync it. Had no problems with my Samsung galaxy edge and Fitbit syncing.

Same here. Multiple soft resets, hard resets, disconnect Bluetooth - you name it I've done it. Kept syncing my Charge 2 from 200ft away but not the Versa literally on top of it.
If I can't get an elegant solution (one that doesn't involve me resetting one device or the other constantly) then back to the store it goes and I'll look elsewhere for a fitness device.

I had the same problem a few days ago. After deleting my Charge 2, my Versa synced normally.

That didn't work for me initially, but I got things to sync after multiple resets and reinstalls of everything both on phone and device.

It might have found another bluetooth device. Atleast this is what happened in my case. It was finding my IPAD's bluetooth which I had started doing the setup with. I disabled the IPAD bluetooth and then on the fitbit reset to factory settings. Kicked off fitbit on my phone and went thru adding a new device. This time it was able to pair with my Android.
