Arghhhhh my new Fitbit versa won’t receive calls, had tried everything and still nothing anybody have any ideas ????

Your Versa dimes not receive calls, it only will receive notification of calls. 

Do you receive mesdsge notifications? 

Is the app set up to send phome notifications? 

When you tell the app to send a test notification. does the versa receive it. 

To send test .

Tap on the picture of the tracker. 

Tap notifications

Tap the top right hamburger menu

Tap send test. 

BTW when asking about a phone problem it is extreamly helpful to also include the phone model.
