Hi, as I understand your update succeeded, only the Today screen does not work. This is a well known problem after updating which can be solved in two ways:
1. After updating, keep your watch in the charger for a while and make sure that Wifi to your Versa is connected to your Mobile Device. Go to Fitbit app, go to Wifi settings and press the right screen icon of your network to connect to Wifi
2. Go to apps - my apps - there your will see Today as an app and see whether it needs to be updated, you will also see that on the right side of your screen.
Usually this problem will be solved by point 1.
