There is no activity like rowing or kayaking.
i kayak regularly and would like to track as exercise, is there a way to add different activities.

You cant actually add them as an exercise shortcut, but the 'workout' shortcut is made specifically to cover everything not covered elsewhere. So start the workout activity at the start and stop at the end. Then later go the app and sync (if it hasnt synced already) and then edit the workout activity and change it to kyakaing etc.
