Fitbit versa2

My fitbit is 2 months old - today it stopped working.  face is totally black

Hi @brymark A couple of things to try. Do several restarts. Try a factory reset. Change the clock face you are using in the app (if it will sync). If none of these help then you need to contact Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
