So if you have a Versa Lite and you updated it with the last update it's probably broken. And if you made a fabric reset it's probably completely useless. So my question is: IS FITBIT GOING TO FIX THIS? WHY THE COMPANY IS NOT EVEN ANSWERING? Why I'm not hearing about this on the news? I don't know about the other costumers.. but I fell violated!! I feel rob.

This happened to me too!! I play waterpolo so I wear it every day in the pool, and for some reason, when the update came out that’s when everything started going downhill, and the watch became waterlogged. I don’t know if it’s related, but that darn update really messed things up.
