Fitbit wallet not show up

Hi. I get fitbit and its not show up wallet in app there is no option wallet i try reinstal app  restart watch, restart phone , unlink,link, watch nothing works also change to region Norge im from norway watch ordered from official fitbit page.

Hi @Tomaasz . Nice to see you in the forum. I’m sorry you’re having a problem finding the wallet. On my Versa Special Edition, I can access the wallet by swiping to the left from the clock face. It sounds like you have the Versa that does not feature it. Are you positive you have the Versa Special Edition? Please check your receipt.

Yes i ordered special edition also check on the back ther is fitbit pay also

I ordered 2 watches 1for my wife and one for me and both of them not showing wallet

@Tomaasz - Since your bought these from the Fitbit Store directly, I suggest you contact Support.

@Tomaasz - I have one more suggestion. Open the Fitbit app on your phone.

• Tap Account —> Versa
• Tap Apps —> My Apps

Look for Wallet. If it is not there, 

• Tap All Apps
• Search or scroll for Wallet. 
• Tap it. Then Tap Install. 

Sync the Versa. Hopefully this will put the Wallet on your Versa. To get to it, swipe to the left to find Wallet. You can customize the wallet from the Fitbit app on your phone.

Hey @Tomaasz , welcome to the Fitbit forums. I'd like to ask you this, is the Fitbit pay option not available on the Fitbit app? Or is it there and you already completed the Fitbit pay set up process but the "wallet" icon won't appear on the watch itself? 

By the way, I want to thank yo for trying some tips to fix this.

@Tomaasz - From the screen shot you provided (thanks!), please tap on Apps, then My Apps. Do you see the wallet there?

Omg it works if someone not works and have same problem go your profile  press on the profile name then personal and change country  The same as in setings and it works, my was in setings norway and in profile orther and its not show up
