Hi I got my new fitbit Versa in December and every time I go to set up the wallet on the app I get to the '' get started'' so I press it then it says' '' error registering Versa with fitbit wallet
Error connecting to Versa make sure it is close by and turned on. '' and I make sure it is on and right next to my phone and still nothing and it getting to the point where I might aswell send it back

Hi, @Owen17 , have you tried deleting the Fitbit wallet app completely and then adding it back in?

Also, I regularly get that message and just click okay and my wallet is there and working well, so if you are still getting the message once wallet is reinstalled, try just ignoring it!
