Hello @ump2330

First. try to shutdown your versa, start it up and then try to sync. 

Also, is Bluetooth seeing your device.

Also if you can be a little more descriptive of your cryptic message "My Fitbit versa will not update on the Fitbit spp" it would be helpful so we can try to help you further.

For example: what update are you speaking about? the OS or any app? or sync? when did you sync your Versa? What is the currently installed version? what phone are you using?.....
