Screen off Versa

I bought the Fitbit versa about two weeks ago for my sister. And just today the screen turned off. At first I thought the battery was dead but after checking her phone I saw battery still has charge and steps and heart rate still tracking... Just the screen is off... How do I fix that.

Try a factory restart this is what I did this morning and mine is now working.

I would like to do  a reset but can't turn on the screen to reset. Is there another way to reset the Versa...

I would like to reset the versa but I don't know how. The screen doesn't turn on to be able to reset it.

Yes.  Follow these instructions:

 

On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely , the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

THANK YOU FOR THE HELP, THE SCREEN STILL DOESNT TURN ON . I CANT SEE THE LOGO WHEN I TRIED THE RESET..... I AM GOING TO CALL FITBIT ...

My Fitbit was still working in the background it’s just the screen was black. May sound strange but when the room was pitch black I could see the background better so that enabled me to do the factory reset as I could just make out the icons.  In daylight I wasn’t able to see them.

thank you I tried everything you have mentioned, I turned off all the light to see if maybe something would light up on the screen but nothing. I can't reset it. I appreciate all the help.
